Shweta Prasad is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Executive and Team coach, besides ICF accredited certification from Grow More. She is also a certified counselor. She has over two decades’ experience across FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail & IT. She also teaches in and develops content in general management, HRM and Organizational Behaviour for reputed B-schools and Universities.

She supports women leaders and women with potential (including home makers) in her coaching. Being closely associated with universities etc. have also given her an opportunity to interact very closely with and understand different cohorts – gen X, millennials and gen Z. Shweta has also coached CEOs of MSMEs.
