He has around four decades of industry experience including 20 years in Strategic Talent Acquisition and Board Inductions. He specializes in Human Resources in corporates in the domains of Engineering Projects and Infrastructure (EPI ), Life Sciences, Financial Services, FMCG, Technology and Private Equity .
